Three Questions We Hear Most Often

How quickly does the house reply to an enquiry?

Every written enquiry receives a reply within one business day. Complex sourcing briefs may take longer to answer in detail, and in those cases we send a short acknowledgement first so that you know the file is open and who is carrying it.

Does the house accept small or trial orders?

Yes. Trial orders and sample batches are welcome, because a first shipment should prove the standard before a larger commitment is made. Minimum quantities vary by category and are always stated plainly in the quotation, together with the unit economics at that scale.

Can inspections be arranged before goods leave the factory?

Yes. Pre-shipment inspection is a standard part of our quality assurance service. The coordinators check quantity, workmanship, packaging and markings against the approved specification, and a written report with photographs is shared with you before the goods are released to the carrier.
